Integrate with Bushel

Preliminary work to integrate with Bushel has been completed as of Merchant Ag v 4.7.6.174.

Locations can integrate with Bushel to pass information about Commodities & Grain Merchandising including details on customers, fields and cash bids. shares the relevant information to producers who downloaded your Bushel Mobile application.

Establish the connection with Bushel using Setup > Access Integrations and supply the URL and Access Key needed.

The information sent to Bushel will be limited to Locations flagged as a Commodity Site as set in Access Locations.

The SRV task Bushel Grower App Interface Export is available when Bushel integration is active and is used to transfer data from Merchant Ag to Bushel.

When the SRV task Bushel Grower App Interface Export runs, the information included in the json file from Location include:

  • Location ID

  • City, State, Zip

  • Location Name

  • Phone

  • Address

  • Email

Identify the customers to be included in the export to Bushel using the Integrations tab on Access Customer Web Logins.

Select Bushel as the Integration Type using the drop down list.

 

Fields on a Customer is exported to Bushel with the following information:

  • Field Name

  • Government ID

  • Customer ID

  • Acres

 

The Item ID and Item Description for Items flagged as a Commodity will be exported.
